22 Injured As Rain Collapses Jail Barrack In Madhya Pradesh’s Bhind

Twenty-two prisoners have been injured, considered one of them grievously, after a wall of a barrack in Bhind district jail of Madhya Pradesh collapsed early on Saturday, an official mentioned. The wall of barrack quantity 6 caved in round 5.10 am, Bhind Superintendent of Police Manoj Kumar Singh advised PTI over telephone. The police officer mentioned that the jail constructing was fairly outdated and the wall might need collapsed on account of incessant rains over the past couple of days.

Delhi on Friday sounded a flood alert and expedited efforts to evacuate folks dwelling within the Yamuna floodplains, because the river within the capital breached the hazard mark of 205.33 metres amid heavy rain within the higher catchment areas, officers mentioned.
