Case Against 27 As Congress Leader Accused Of Leading Mob Against BJP MP

BJP’s Pratapgarh MP Sangam Lal Gupta on (*27*) accused former Congress MP Pramod Tiwari of main a mob of his celebration employees to beat him up and his celebration’s activists throughout a social operate in Sangipur block of the district.

Citing the criticism filed by Mr Gupta, the official mentioned that because the BJP MP reached the venue of the Gareeb Kalyan Mela, Pramod Tiwari, his daughter and Congress MLA Aradhana Misra (who had been already current on the venue) together with their supporters began elevating slogans towards him, and even assumed an attacking posture.

The BJP MP mentioned that the safety personnel in some way managed to convey him out (from the attackers grip), however on the behest of Misra, her supporters began beating him utilizing stones and sticks, because of which he and his supporters received injured.

Mr Gupta advised PTI that the incident occurred when he and his celebration employees reached the “mela” venue in Sangipur, the place ex-Congress MP Tiwari was sitting on the dais.

“Seeing me at the venue, Tiwari and his supporters first began hooting at me and our workers. Later, they grew violent and attacked us,” he mentioned.

“They beat me up too and tore my kurta,” he mentioned.
