NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday mentioned that the 4-day ‘Tika Utsav‘ beginning April 11 marks the second huge warfare on coronavirus and careworn on the necessity to keep private as effectively as social hygiene to fight the virus.
