NEW DELHI: The Indian Premier League (IPL) clash between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, scheduled to be performed right this moment (Monday, May 3) has been postponed. Speaking to ANI, a BCCI official confirmed the information of positive instances within the KKR camp and that RCB members weren’t too eager on taking the sphere towards them on Monday night.
“Varun (Chakravarthy) and Sandeep (Warrier) tested positive and that made the RCB camp wary of the situation.” a BCCI official informed ANI.
The date for the postponed match hasn’t been determined but.
This is the primary occasion of Covid disrupting the IPL schedule this season.
The Virat Kohli-led RCB group are third on the factors desk, with 5 wins in 7 matches, whereas Kolkata Knight Riders are languishing in seventh place, with 2 wins of their 7 outings to this point.
