Jaish terrorists enter cop’s home in J&Ok, shoot his wife & daughter | India News – Times of India

SRINAGAR: Two Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists allegedly barged into the home of a J&Ok Police constable and rained bullets on his wife and daughter in Verinag space in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district late Tuesday, officers stated.
Later in a tweet, Kashmir Zone Police confirmed that the assault was carried out by JeM operatives. “As per eyewitnesses, JeM’s Mufti Altaf was identified as one of the attackers,” the tweet learn.
The mother-daughter duo was critically injured in the assault and shifted to Anantnag district hospital for remedy whereas the realm was cordoned off. The injured have been recognized as Nahida Jan and her daughter Mahida.
Nahida’s husband, constable Sajad Ahmad Malik, is posted at Kokernag in south Kashmir. It is but not identified whether or not he was home on the time of the assault, police stated.
