Maharashtra’s Shirdi Saibaba Temple Allowed To Have 15,000 Devotees A Day

At least 15,000 devotees who possess on-line passes might be allowed to entry every day on the Saibaba temple in Shirdi in Maharashtra’s Ahmednagar district, a senior district official mentioned on Tuesday.

As locations of worship within the state are slated to reopen from October 7, a gathering of the district administration and the administration of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust was organised to chalk out measures, the official mentioned.

At least 15,000 devotees who possess on-line passes might be allowed to take darshan (holy view) on the temple every day, he mentioned, including that devotees must apply for on-line passes.

The prasad counter on the temple will stay closed, he mentioned.

According to the district administration, youngsters beneath 10 years, pregnant girls, sick folks, senior residents above the age of 65, and other people with out masks is not going to be permitted to enter the temple premises.
