Over 41.99 Crore Covid Vaccine Doses Provided To States, Union Territories: Centre

Over 41.99 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses have thus far been offered to states and Union territories, and greater than 2.56 crore jabs can be found with them and personal hospitals, the well being ministry mentioned on Sunday.

In an announcement, the ministry mentioned 15,75,140 extra doses are within the means of being provided.

It mentioned 41.99 crore (41,99,68,590) vaccine doses have been offered to states and Union Territories (UTs) thus far by all sources.

Of this, the full consumption, together with wastage, is 39,42,97,344 doses, based on knowledge accessible at 8 am Sunday, the ministry mentioned.

It mentioned 2,56,71,246 Covid vaccine doses — stability and unutilised — are nonetheless accessible with states/UTs, and personal hospitals.
