MOSCOW: Representatives of the Taliban have confirmed they will participate in talks on Afghanistan in Moscow next week, President Vladimir Putin‘s particular consultant on Afghanistan mentioned on Friday.
The official, Zamir Kabulov, mentioned in feedback revealed by Russian information companies that the Taliban had confirmed their attendance on the talks next Wednesday however had but to announce the members of their delegation.
Moscow hosted a world convention on Afghanistan in March at which Russia, the United States, China and Pakistan launched a joint assertion calling on the then-warring Afghan sides to succeed in a peace deal and curb violence.
