Start with marinating the rooster with maida, soy trigger, garlic, black pepper and salt. Then deep fry the rooster items. Now make gravy with finely chopped onions, capsicum, garlic, chilli sauce, soy sauce, schezwan sauce and blend. Add the rooster items and toss. Add salt if wanted.
Now, for the pav, slit pav into two halves, unfold schezwan sauce on the highest and add bhujiya and spring onions on the highest. Make a sandwich and indulge.
