My breakfast: I start my day by consuming a liter of heat water. After about 35-45 minutes, I take almonds with tea and a pair of wholesome biscuits. Two slices of brown bread if I’m hungry.
My lunch: One huge bowl of daal or 1 veggie(fried in ghee not oil) with 2 chapatis. Having curd is crucial in my lunch plate.
Tea with low-calorie bhel or murmura makes for my night snack.
My dinner: I guarantee that I’ve my dinner no later than 7.30 pm in order that I’m ready to digest it higher. I’ve 2 chapatis with a bowl of daal, 1 veggie and salad.
Pre-workout meal: Nothing particular
Post- exercise meal: I simply drink rather a lot of water.
I indulge in (What you eat in your cheat days): The foodie in me hasn’t gone away. I really like indulging in pasta, pizzas and pani puri on Sundays, which is when I’ve my cheat meals.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Vegetable salads with Indian twists, oats, murmura or plain bhel.
