Weight loss story: “I followed intermittent fasting and this secret meal helped me lose fat faster” | The Times of India

My breakfast: For the primary 4 months – Sabudana with milk and Jaggery (it’s a superb meal for breastfeeding girls), or a glass of milk with nuts, followed by seasonal reduce fruits.
