Weight loss story: “I had salads for lunch everyday and ZERO cheat meals to lose 20 kilos” | The Times of India

My breakfast: I might normally have masala oats, fruits or dry fruits. Nothing packaged or processed.

My lunch: Sprouts or paneer with black espresso, salads with completely different seasonal fruits and veggies.

My dinner: Veg soup or stir-fried or tossed tofu.

(*20*)-workout meal: Avacado/ BCAA drink

Post- exercise meal: Protein bar or nuts and seeds of completely different sorts.

I take pleasure in (What you eat in your cheat days): I had a really brief goal to lose weight. I’m comfortable to say that I by no means cheated as soon as in these 3 months 🙂

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Paneer bhurji, tawa paneer, paneer tandoori (something paneer), sprouts bhel, inexperienced moong daal and so on.
