Weight loss story: “I start my day with soaked almonds and chia seeds” | The Times of India

My breakfast: It was at all times freshly ready breakfast like poha, upma, vermicilli, sandwich, omelet, paneer parantha and so forth

My lunch: I did NOT keep away from roti or Chawal and simply had home-cooked meal – 1 bowl of dal, 1 cup veggies, 1 roti and salad.

My dinner: I made positive to complete dinner by 8 p.m. Any inexperienced sabzi & 1 roti or Atta Pav & bhaji or Matar & Atta Kulcha or Idli Sambhar.

Pre-workout meal: 5 in a single day soaked almonds and chia seeds

Post- exercise meal: 1 boiled egg

I bask in (What you eat in your cheat days): For the preliminary 4 months, I didn’t have any cheat meal. Then I began having cheat meal as soon as per week, which was my favourite chaat, golgappe!

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Murmure, roasted paneer, makhane, fruits.
