My breakfast: I begin my day with jeera water and 4 in a single day soaked almond empty abdomen. For breakfast, I used to have banana oats , sprouts , poha , upma , parathas, eggs.
My lunch: 1 Bhakri, 1 bowl greens , curd
My dinner: Mostly I like consuming moong dal khichdi in dinner
Pre-workout meal: Just a bowl of seasonal fruits
Post- exercise meal: Channe ka sattu as my protein shake
I bask in (What you eat in your cheat days): I misplaced weight in a short while and the problem was to fully do away from junk meals (which made me placed on extra weight within the first place). Hence, I did not permit my focus to falter and had ZERO cheat meals.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: I like having protein-rich moong dal dosa or chilla with coconut chutney
